These Terms of Service govern your use of the website salutem.solutions and any purchase of products from Salutem Solutions LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, United States.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the operation of the site, or use automated means to copy its contents for commercial purposes without our written permission.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe products, images and prices accurately, but errors can occur. We may correct errors and change prices, descriptions and availability at any time without notice. Product packaging may differ from the images shown.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. Where an order is placed through a third-party marketplace, that marketplace's own policies also apply to the transaction.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, which are shown before checkout is completed. Payment is taken when the order is placed, through our payment processors.

5. Shipping of frozen and chilled goods

Frozen and chilled products are packed with dry ice and insulated materials and shipped on expedited services. Because these products are perishable:

  • We dispatch them only on days that allow delivery before the weekend, to avoid transit delays.
  • You are responsible for providing an address where the package can be received and stored promptly on delivery.
  • We are not liable for thawing caused by an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or a package left unattended after successful delivery.
  • Carrier delays outside our control may affect arrival condition; contact us and we will work with you and the carrier.

6. Returns and refunds

Perishable food items and opened dietary supplements cannot be returned, for hygiene and safety reasons. If a product arrives damaged, thawed on arrival, incorrect or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we will provide a replacement or a refund. Unopened, non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition; return shipping is at your cost unless the return is due to our error. Orders placed through a marketplace are handled under that marketplace's return policy.

7. Dietary supplement disclaimer

Statements about dietary supplements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition.

8. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout, graphics and our brand names Salutem Vita and STARFIT, belongs to Salutem Solutions LLC or its licensors. Other trademarks shown belong to their respective owners, and their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order or your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in Pinellas County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. The revision date above will change, and the version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
