What we do

Salutem Solutions operates as an online retailer and distributor of food and dietary supplements. Below is how the business is actually organized.

1. Retail on marketplaces

We maintain seller storefronts on Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay and TikTok Shop. Our catalog covers frozen meals and entrees, bakery and breakfast items, frozen potato products, deli and seafood, shelf-stable grocery, and dietary supplements.

Listings, pricing, advertising and customer service are managed in-house. Orders are fulfilled from our own warehouse rather than through a third-party logistics provider, which is what allows us to carry perishable categories at all.

2. Cold-chain fulfillment

Our Clearwater facility covers roughly 3,000 square feet and holds sixteen chest freezers plus refrigerated and ambient storage. A typical perishable order is received, staged frozen, repacked into an insulated shipper with dry ice, labeled and handed to the carrier the same day.

Receiving & storage

Inbound goods are checked and moved straight into the correct temperature zone.

Cold packing

Insulated coolers, gel packs and dry ice sized to the destination and transit time.

Ship windows

Perishables are dispatched only on days that avoid weekend transit delays.

Daily pickup

Carriers collect from our dock every evening, so cold packages spend less time in the network.

3. Own supplement brands

Beyond distribution, we develop our own products. Formulation and manufacturing are done for us by contract manufacturers operating in FDA-registered, GMP-compliant facilities in the United States; branding, packaging, listing and sales are ours. See our brands.

4. Direct-to-consumer and social commerce

Marketplaces bring volume but not customer relationships. We therefore run our own storefront and produce product content for social platforms, so that repeat buyers can order directly from us. This channel is where our own brands are promoted first.

5. Technology and automation

The company is deliberately small, so operations lean heavily on software: automated repricing, inventory synchronization across channels, shipping-label automation, and internal tooling that supports purchasing and listing decisions. Where public APIs are offered by the platforms we sell on, we use them to manage our own accounts.
